This website is provided by Ocelot Development s.r.o. for general information about the company and its services. You may use it lawfully and must not interfere with its operation or security.
Business services
Software development, hosting, support and other services are supplied to business customers under a separate written agreement or order. That agreement sets the scope, fees, delivery, support and any service-specific conditions. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement applies to that service.
Intellectual property and availability
Unless stated otherwise, website content and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use them for ordinary business evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission. We may change or suspend website content and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prague.
